This quirky red blend of Cabernet 12%, Merlot 12% and Sangiovese 76% is immensely enjoyable. The Sangiovese gives it structure and great depth of flavor. The Cabernet adds intensity of flavor and fine tannins, and the Merlot adds a lushness and softness. The palate is rich and juicy, filling the mouth with ripe dark berries and hints of chocolate and dry herbs. A unique wine that is wonderfully adaptable with food, whether its pizza or ribs.
