Print this Wine         2004 Elderton "Ashmead" Cabernet Sauvignon   NURIOOTPA, BAROSSA VALLEY/SOUTH AUSTRALIA                 January Release Case Size: 6/750ml Cabernet Sauvignon       This 100% Old Vine Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the Ashmead block on the Elderton Estate. Named in honor of the Ashmead family, this is a very special wine. The color is deep Purple almost Black. Deliciously rich and concentrated, the wine has freakish balance and plenty of mocha, blackberry and plum fruit which are all supported by firm and supple tannins.
