This blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Shiraz and 7% Merlot is simply packed full of explosive berry fruits, and layer upon layer of secondary notes of spice, pepper, coffee and chocolate. Beautifully lush and suave on the palate, the flavors linger long after the last sip. No doubt this will become another wine from the Elderton Estate that is much in demand.
