No doubt his winemaking experience in the New and Old Worlds has much to do with the outcome. This is officially an Organic Wine, with fruits sourced from the Strachan Vineyard in the Willunga foothills. Its purity shows all the way through. Intense red and black berry fruits abound with hints of pepper, spice (and all things nice). Beautifully balanced, the wine is both lush and intense.
