Print this Wine         2003 Flinders Bay "Mayflower" (Malbec/Merlot)   MARGARET RIVER/WESTERN AUSTRALIA                 September Release Case Size: 12/750ml Merlot       “The Mayflower” is named after a ship that went to ground in the rugged waters of Flinders Bay, an hour or so south of the township of Margaret River in Western Australia. It is a wonderfully distinctive wine, made predominantly from Malbec (60%) with Merlot (40%) adding to its lush, mouth filling character. Delicious dark fruit notes are enhanced by softer red fruit notes. Hints of exotic spices and mocha add to the wines appeal.
