Print this Wine         2004 Clonakilla "Hilltops" Shiraz   HILLTOPS REGION/NEW SOUTH WALES                 June Release   Shiraz       “Hilltops” was a relatively unknown growing region until Clonakilla’s Tim Kirk started working with Shiraz fruit from the region. The dense and dark color of this wine is appropriate for such an intensely aromatic and intensely flavored wine. It is full of red and black fruits, wild berries and plum notes wafting from the glass. On the palate, the wine is packed full of a myriad of fruits with delicate hints of cedar, mineral and spice notes.
