A superb vintage for Jeffrey Grosset and his beloved Polish Hill. Hints of lime and minerals on the nose might suggest this is but a delicate wine. On the palate this wine shows freakish intensity and persistence right through to an almost infinite finish. Pristine freshly squeezed lime flavors wrap around a steely mineral core.
