Print this Wine         2001 Pike & Joyce Chardonnay   CLARE VALLEY                 January Release   Chardonnay       This is a delicious mix of concentrated ripe fruit carefully made so that the other winemaking induced flavours assist in the expression of fruit, not dictate the style of wine. The fruit flavors include tropical and stonefruit along with some citrus as well. The wine shows depth of both flavour and texture on the palate with smoky oak wrapped up in a creamy coating.
