This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has more affinity to the Loire Valley than it does to the New World. Pristine notes of grapefruit, fresh apples and even lychee mingle with a wonderful minerality. The high tone notes on the nose are deceptive. On the palate the wine has a rich yet delicate texture, thanks to a portion of the juice seeing time in old barriques.
