Print this Wine         2000 Elderton Merlot   NURIOOTPA, BAROSSA VALLEY/SOUTH AUSTRALIA                 30/09/2003 Release   Merlot       This is a dense, juicy BIG Merlot, very much in the classic Elderton style. Rich boysenberry flavors mingle with hints of plum and other dark berry fruits. There are some lovely secondary notes of tobacco and coffee lingering in the background, along with sweet vanillin from the use of American oak.
