Print this Wine         1999 Clarendon Hills "Hickinbotham" Pinot Noir   CLARENDON                 30/09/2003 Release   Pinot Noir       Extraordinarily dense and intense dark cherry notes greet you on the nose, with lovely earthy, grainy notes in the background. This is one helluva of a Pinot!! Very true to the variety, but delivered with great depth of character and extraordinary complexity for a New World Pinot. On the palate there is even greater dimension to the fruit, with dark cherry combining with hints of plum and even more earth, forest floor nuances. The finish never seems to end.
