Fine notes of pepper and spices such as nutmeg and clove waft out of the glass, with a variety of red and black fruits in the background. On the palate dense plum, blackberry and blueberry flavors fill the mouth, with all that pepper and spice adding further to this wines appeal. The intensity and depth of flavor in the wine is phenomenal, with all elements balanced beautifully. This wine is a baby. Wonderful drinking now, but will only get better and better over the next 5 to 8 years as it matures in bottle.
