A wonderful contrast with his famous “Polish Hill”. This wine is abundant with limes but there are other citrus fruits as well. Include some lemon, mandarin and orange peel in the mix. If this isn’t enough, add a little fresh green apple as well. Flavours build with this wine in the mouth.
