A blend of 65% Grenache 20% Shiraz & 15% Mourvedre. The Grenache woos you on the nose with its bright, youthful strawberry and raspberry aromas, the Shiraz adds some spice, and the Mourvedre lies in wait, to ambush you on the palate!! It all comes together beautifully on the palate. The lifted Grenache notes mingle with the spice and pepper of the Shiraz, and the Mourvedre gives the wine a dimension of “darkness” that makes this wine a real winner. Great mouth feel and texture, a multiplicity of secondary notes from tobacco to mocha and exotic spices, all there right through the wines long finish.
