Print this Wine         2001 Hill of Content "Benjamin's Blend" (Char/Sem/Sav Blanc)   MARGARET RIVER                 January Release   Chardonnay       JL’s 3rd vintage of the wine named in honor of his son Benjamin. A marriage 39% Chardonnay, 35% Semillon and 26% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced primarily from Margaret River. Vibrant yellow in color, on the nose the chardonnay delivers melon and peach characters, whilst the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon add lifted aromas of grapefruit, lemongrass and citrus blossom. On the palate these flavors meld together to provide a beautifully balanced wine that’s mouth filling yet not heavy.
