Beautiful pale green color. Lifted aromas of stone fruits, citrus and straw waft out of the glass. On the palate, those crisp and fresh citrus characters mingle with tropical fruits, as well as apple and gooseberry flavors and flinty mineral characters. Medium bodied, yet without being too intense. No interference of oak as its fermented in tank.
