All the fruit for this racy wine (fermented in steel of course!!) comes off the Flinders Bay Vineyard at Karridale, just south of the town of Margaret River.
A blend of 53% Sauvignon Blanc and 47% Semillon, this wine offers immediate enjoyment!! Wonderfully vibrant lime, apple and melon characters marry with hay, straw, mineral and chalk notes. There is a lot going on in this wine. Hints of tropical fruit fill out the mid-palate, making it all the more delicious. The finish lingers on with generous acidity carrying the flavors.
