This Shiraz Viognier blend screams out Cote Rotie!! Its got that lovely game, smoked meat and spice character, with supple plum and cherry characters. Wonderful silky texture, and a finish that lingers long after you had a sip. The Viognier (about 5%) just adds to the generosity of the wine, amplifying all that the Shiraz has on offer. This is not your typical Aussie Shiraz.
