  Tasting Notes

Wonderful aromas of raspberry, cherry, Asian spices and hints of pepper greet you on the nose. The palate is extraordinarily elegant, but with great intensity. Berry flavors are accentuated, notes of minerals, dry spices and even licorice make this a very complete wine. It is still very tight, but will no doubt develop beautifully.
Cellaring potential is immense!! This wines has 10 years and perhaps a few more decades ahead of it.
Serve with braised meats, game dishes particularly duck and pheasant.
