For those who are familiar with The Collection™ and the wines I select as part of it, this site is designed to provide more information for you.

For those who have visited this site through happen-chance, good fortune or referral, I had best explain what
The Collection™ is all about in brief.



1. Australia’s “Best of the Best”

Think of The Australian Premium Wine Collection™ as a great Australian Wine List. My selections incorporate wonderfully distinctive expressions of varietals that Australia is readily known for, and also importantly varietals that we do magical things with, but are still relatively unknown for.



2. Wines with a very distinctive Style Imprint

I love wines that are intensely flavored, highly aromatic and expressive. But above all else, I love wines that are born with natural balance and harmony. In other words, “no arms or legs” sticking out; no excessive acidity, no excessive tannins, no excessive alcohol and no excessive oak. There is no doubt that wines that exhibit natural balance and harmony will always provide greater enjoyment and drinking pleasure.



3. The Official Certification Mark

To identify a wine from The Collection™, we have applied our official Certification Mark on the shoulder of each bottle of wine we select, verifying its status as one of Australia’s finest wines.
